• 11.04.04 - Charity football match, organized by the Candela family at West Brownish, raised £3000
• 01.04.04 - Story in Dudley Chronicle - Coffee morning held by Cath Hunter, after seeing story, raised £65
• 11.03.04 - First story in Dudley news - our first donation of £160 was received from Mr. Hartlbury - who took the paper with Emily's story to his local pub, and collected the money in a glass and brought it to our house!
• Tracey Sadler held a coffee morning, and a skittles night, and raised over £600
• a local shop had a grease funday and raised nearly £400
• Alex's school has raised £150
• Rainbow Brownie group raised £100, and each little girl made a card for Emily!
• 6-year old Sian Reynolds wrote a beautiful teddy card for Emily, inside of which said "To Emily, I love you, I didn't want this to happen
